    At 1013 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Brandt, or near
    Clear Lake, moving east at 15 mph.

    HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

    SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a possible tornado near Brandt at
    1010 PM CDT.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
    to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
    likely.
