  • Tornado Warning issued June 28 at 8:58PM CDT until June 28 at 9:30PM CDT by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN

    At 858 PM CDT, a confirmed and extremely dangerous tornado was
    located 7 miles northwest of Canby, or 33 miles west of Montevideo,
    moving east at 15 mph.

    This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

    HAZARD...Damaging tornado and half dollar size hail.

    SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

    IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
    may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile
    homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
    businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete
    destruction is possible.
