The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
Southern Rice County in south central Minnesota...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 432 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located over Warsaw, or 7 miles southwest of
Faribault, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught
without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or
destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will
occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
Faribault, Morristown, Warsaw, Nerstrand, Ruskin and Nerstrand Big
Woods State Park.
