    At 152 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes
    were located along a line extending from near Scenic State Park to 12
    miles southwest of Togo to 10 miles north of Nashwauk, moving east at
    70 mph.

    HAZARD...Tornado.

    SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
    to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
    likely.

    Chisholm and McCarthy Beach State Park around 200 AM CDT.
