At 803 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Bloomville, or 9 miles east of Tiffin, moving east
at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
eastern Seneca and north central Crawford Counties, including the
following locations... Flat Rock, Attica, and Republic.
