    At 120 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
    was located over Chestnut, or 12 miles southwest of Clinton, moving
    northeast at 45 mph.

    HAZARD...Tornado.

    SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
    to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
    likely.

    Clinton around 130 PM CDT.

    Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Weldon
