    At 101 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
    was located over Brocton, or 14 miles northwest of Paris, moving
    northeast at 55 mph.

    HAZARD...Tornado.

    SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. At 1:00 PM, a trained spotter
    reported a funnel cloud southwest of Brocton.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
    to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
    likely.
