* At 1043 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located near Lucien, moving east at 65 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Perry, Red Rock, Lucien, Sooner Lake, and Hayward.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 186 and 196.
