* Until 700 PM MDT.

* At 630 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 12 miles north of Potter, or 23 miles northwest of
Sidney, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Cheyenne, south central Morrill and southeastern
Banner Counties.
