    The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a

    * Tornado Warning for...
    Southeastern Texas County in the Panhandle of Oklahoma...

    * Until 315 PM CDT.

    * At 251 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
    was located over Optima, or 5 miles northeast of Guymon, moving
    east at 30 mph.

    HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

    SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
    Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
    damage is likely.
