    At 613 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes
    were located along a line extending from 3 miles north of Blocker to
    5 miles north of Hartshorne, moving east at 60 mph.

    HAZARD...Tornado.

    SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

    IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
    shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
    to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
    likely.
