First, I would look for any documentation or public discussions about how Windows builds of Golded-plus are expected to be compiled and linked. Lacking that, I'd load their Solutino (.sln) file into Visual Studio/C++ and use the "Build Solution" menu option. If it reported success, I'd look for the created .exe and/or .dll files that resulted.
