Hello everybody!
I did a fresh install on a different PC (Windows 11 w/ ntvdmx64
installed and working) to see if the auto-install for games would
install the JNS and Sunrise games. It didn't. Why is it not seeing
the JNS & Sunrise setup information and installing them? All the
.js and .ini files for the games are in the /xtrn/3rdp-install
directory. Anyone have a idea how to get them ti install?
A lot of those games must be extracted and even have their own installer run first and then (and only then) can install-xtrn.js add them to your Synchronet configurtaion.

Why in the wiki for "Installing Sunrise Doors" does it have a suggestion for the .cfg of a %PCBDIR%\door.sys?
Now edit the door's .CFG file to include the dynamic path to the current node's drop file (%PCBDIR%\DOOR.SYS) and set the other lines to match your BBS and sysop name (see the door's .DOC file for full details).
%PCBDIR%\DOOR.SYS
Your BBS
Your
Name
I don't understand how that can be used.

The Sunrisde doors recognize %PCBDIR% as a variable to replace with the value of the PCBDIR environment variable set by sbbs when executing external programs. If you're using the 3rdp-install/*.ini files, you can ignore the instructions in wiki since it's doing all the setup for you.
