In my DOVE-Net network options I have QWK Networked - YES, Fidonet Echomail - NO, BUT FTN Address still has a FTN address in it. Why would it still have a FTN when it's a QWK network?

You're talking about SCFG Network Options for a sub-board I think. You can ignore the FidoNet address displayed there when the sub isn't Fido-networked (it won't be used for anythign). In the latest versions of SCFG, that address isn't displayed in that case.
