    was curious if anyone had (ab)used it for running dos doors, or to get your favorite offline mailer going :) seems to be as bare bones as you can get (no real video modes, sound, etc)

    always liked the idea of a (perhaps even further) stripped dos emulator that could be packaged with a bbs. maybe bake fossil into it in place of the stdio stuff and use something like cioxtrn to pipe it over to the bbs.

    I use dosemu on linux, interesting project.
